Mid Year Review!!!!

Tonight I had my Mid year review for work. I have some places in my job that I have to work on and have room for improvement. They are Teaching my employees their job, to have good customer service. For me to keep up departmental standards according to the Lowe's building blocks for success. In doing all this My department will then make budget..... God You see what I do as far as my job and training. keep me stead fast and aware to make the right decisions and set my team at work in the right direction.
