A little Kid

This post is about a comment some one posted. And I say to that post yes I am a little kid at heart. that is what keeps me on my toes at all moments you never know. I just bounce around and jump like a kitten. I do goffy things all the time. Goffy moments that I remeber. Um lets see... I made a crazy face when i hit the wrong beat when I was in Band in high school but the camara was on me and I was at a halftime show for the saints game. lets see something else.... I Rock out sing star like I am the star... umm ..... I talk to my self alot..... I make up words and use them out of context..... that is my in a crazy nutshell..... they it some times people my call you a little kid but that is what keeps me young...

Miss You

I miss my Carrie when I have to go into work late. When I wake up she is gone. I dont see her all day and then when I come home she is sleeping. I love when We work the same times and also when I wake up early so that means I get home earlyer and I get to run and give My carrie A big hug when she gets home I miss my Carrie. Mid Year Review!!!!

Tonight I had my Mid year review for work. I have some places in my job that I have to work on and have room for improvement. They are Teaching my employees their job, to have good customer service. For me to keep up departmental standards according to the Lowe's building blocks for success. In doing all this My department will then make budget..... God You see what I do as far as my job and training. keep me stead fast and aware to make the right decisions and set my team at work in the right direction. Wee doggie!!!!

That is what I am saying!!!! I am sort of getting excited about our house that will be built in Pearl River La. We cleared the land a Little bit last weekend and this weekend we had a family Friend come bush hog some of the larger brush. We also found working water on the property and Our new neighbor and associate Minister Jeff nave has Put a water spicket so we can go up there this Friday and burn baby burn some trash that is on the property. yes
That is the way the Cook is going to crumble........

What a day!!!!!

Weeeeeeeeeewwwaaa What a day!!!! It was crazy I tell you . I just want to crawl under a rock and Hide. I feel like everyone is just unhappy they way I work or manage at work. I seem to never do any work everyone says about me. I know What I do but my associates seem otherwise. I guess I just have to get a little crazy just like every other manager at work. look out everyone. I am coming back full force. I am going to get crazy eyed......
God, You see my struggles, my faults, my strive to do right. Help my mind my heart to do what is right and not try to take anything out on my people.
