Keeping yall posted

Last week I went to the doctor to notify them that I have been off my medication from my thyroid for a few months and that I was getting the symptoms. Weight Gain is one of them. At the beginning of this year I was around 209lbs, Today I am a little over 230 Lbs. I am tired, not sleeping well, been having head aches, and I cant even wear my wedding ring and I feel naked with out it. This past weekend I had a wonderful Get away with my wife that was awesome. She is the best. I love her so much. A week from tomorrow we make being married for 4 years. we have been together 10 years next November 2009. I love Carrie so much. Pray for my heath because I can not live with out my Carrie. To be Continued
